Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said that around 1 lakh fans had gathered safely outside the Vidhana Soudha earlier, but nobody expected such a huge crowd of 2-3 lakh people to turn up outside the stadium, which has a capacity of just 32,000. RCB clinched their maiden IPL title by beating Punjab Kings (PBKS) by six runs at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, on Tuesday.

This was the fourth IPL final for RCB and Virat Kohli and they finally broke the jinx on the back of a terrific team performance in which the batters contributed collectively to post a winning total of 190. The IPL 2025 final victory was celebrated with full energy by RCB players in the stadium on Tuesday as Virat Kohli’s eyes welled up after his agonising 18-year wait came to an end.

To celebrate their first IPL title win, RCB will launch a victory parade in Bengaluru today, which will start from Vidhana Soudha at 5 PM IST and will continue till the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Former RCB players AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle are expected to be a part of the victory parade.
