Twitter users argued that the film was only available for viewing in select theatres to which Baker said that people who could access it should do so.
According to Variety, the streaming giant has made the film available across 600 cinemas wordlwide for a limited time period. It was previously reported that Roma will have the longest run in cinemas, beginning from 21 November to its premiere on the streaming service on 14 December. Though Cuaron opted to work with Netflix on Roma, he was also of the belief that the film would be better enjoyed on the big screen, writes the publication.
