The  Gully Boy trailer , featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, has been creating waves ever since its release. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, Gully Boy has Ranveer Singh play a rapper and Alia Bhatt, a medical student. The film is loosely inspired from the lives of Mumbai-based rappers Divine and  Naved Shaikh aka Naezy. The project is produced by by Zoya Akhtar’s Tiger Baby and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment productions. On Wednesday, Singh shared a picture with the original Gully Boy, rapper Naezy, and it is giving us some major cool vibes.

The first song,  Apna Time Aayega, was released earlier this week and it  is a hard-hitting rap performed by Singh.
