Rangoon quick review: Kangana Ranaut as the 1940s star Julia is easily the best part of this film

The film stars Kangana Ranaut, Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor in a period war drama.  Rangoon is an ambitious attempt to tell a triangular love story in the backdrop of war. While India is still under the British Raj, romance blooms between the actress Julia (Kangana Ranaut) and her married producer Russi Billimoria (Saif). With the entrance of Jamadar Nawab Malik (Shahid Khan) who will win Julia's heart?
