In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Paresh Rawal made a shocking remark and said, ‘Phir Hera Pheri wasn’t a well made film.’ He then cited the examples of Munna Bhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munna Bhai as well-made sequels and franchises.
Talking about Hera Pheri 3 in an interview with India Today, the actor went on to add that in a sequel, the movie should take a quantum leap and take the character into a “different background, different world.” He said, “Take the audience also to a different world. That’s how it should be.”
He expressed that if Hera Pheri 3 comes out like that, then it’s fine. He ended his answer with, “But then let’s see how it works out.”
Amid the Delhi Election Results, Paresh Rawal took a dig at Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi by saying, “Ek maa ka dard samjho. Naa bahu milti hai, naa bahumat (Understand a mother’s pain. Neither does she get a daughter-in-law, nor does she get a majority).”
One user wrote- “Nice filmy jibe ! But not necessary with a political adversary……..humility is a virtue.”
Politics makes even the wisest of human beings behave in a strange way. Paresh Rawal is a wonderful actor and an honest goodhearted transparent human being. He says whatever comes in his heart, and doesn’t think of the repercussions.
The Bharatiya Janata Party headed for a landslide victory in the 2025 Delhi Legislative Assembly elections with a massive lead in 47 seats.
