Netflix documentary, ‘Nayanthara Beyond The Fairy Tale’ which narrates the life of Jawan actress Nayanthara is set to stream this month on the OTT platform.
While the promising trailer showed the highs & lows of the ’lady superstar’ it also featured bytes of her films’ co-stars. In the trailer & a special video, which was shared today, Nagarjuna Akkineni, who worked with Nayanthara in Boss & Greeku Veerudu, spoke about her turbulent relationship before tying the knot.

Nagarjuna revealed that he met Nayanthara when she going through a rough patch in her relationship and said, “At that time, I think she was going through a very turbulent times of a relationship."
The promo then showed the actress confessing that she used to trust people very easily at that time and it didn’t work in her favour.
“When Nayan walked into the set, of course, she’s very beautiful. Leaving that aside, there was this aura of royalty walking in. I felt that, I saw it in reality," Nagarjuna said. The actress was linked with stars like Silambarasan TR and Prabhu Deva.
Nayanthara ’s career
Nayanthara is widely known for her acting prowess in the South film industry. She debuted with Manassinakkare in 2003, which was a commercial hit. Later, the Chandramukhi star became a leader in women-centric movies with Anaamika, Maya, Airaa, and Netrikann, among others.
Nayanthara and husband-director Vignesh Shivan fell in love on the sets of the 2015 movie Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and tied the knot in June 2022. Shah Rukh Khan and Rajinikanth were among the few guests who attended the lavish ceremony in Mahabalipuram.
The couple welcomed their twin boys, Uyir and Ulag, via surrogacy in October.
