Marjaavaan: Milap Zaveri's drama featuring Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria hits the floors

Marjaavaan producer and T-Series' owner Bhushan Kumar recently shared the picture of cast and crew, stating that they were beginning another 'exciting journey'. Milap Zaveri's dramatic and violent love story features Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Riteish Deshmukh. Sutaria, who makes her debut on screen opposite Tiger Shroff in Student of the Year sequel, is set to play the female lead in Marjaavaan.

Zaveri is gradually carving a niche for himself in the genre; his last film, Satyameva Jayate, was packed on graphic violence too. The film, starring John Abraham, did well at the box office as well. Post the success of Ek Villain, expectations from the popular duo of Malhotra and Deshmukh, are running quite high. Sutaria's character, as confirmed by producer Nikkhil Advani, will reportedly be one of the USPs of the upcoming drama. Advani also stated that Sutaria's addition to the cast brings 'freshness.'

Kumar posted the picture and wished the entire team good luck for their journey ahead.

Marjaavaan is scheduled to hit the theatres on 2 October, 2019.
