Kristin Cabot files for divorce from husband months after kissing scandal with astronomer Andy Byron at Coldplay concert

Amid the kiss cam scandal involving Astronomer’s ex-CEO Andy Byron and ex-HR chief Kristin Cabot, the company had hired Coldplay singer Chris Martin’s ex-wife and Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow as ‘temporary spokesperson’.

Astronomer was called ‘genius’ and ‘savage’ on social media for the humorous clip featuring Coldplay singer Chris Martin’s ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. But now, Cabot has filed for divorce from her husband. If reports had to be believed, their marriage and relationship were already suffering.

Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin said with an impish laugh, “I hope we didn’t do something bad”, moments after CEO of data startup Astronomer Andy Byron and his HR chief Kristin Cabot were caught in an embrace on kiss cam, allegedly cheating with their respective spouses.

The 14-second clip from Coldplay concert in Boston had since gone viral on social media and online discourse taken its natural course through the quips and quirks of memes and jokes.

As the pair rushed to hide their faces from the gigantic screen in the sky, Martin said, “Either they affair or they are very shy”.

Quikly junping on the joke wagon, X user Saiam Hasan said, “This is why I love Coldplay… Concert ke beech mein bhi four singles release kar diye”. The reference, of course, was to two couples possibly going their separate ways.
