The CEO of tech-startup company Astronomer, Andy Byron, resigned after he was caught cheating on his wife with his company’s HR head at a Coldplay concert in the United States. The video of the tech CEO with his arms around his HR chief went viral, drawing backlash for the two individuals involved, as well as the company.
In a post on LinkedIn, the software startup confirmed the news of his resignation. “Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted," the statement released on Saturday reads. “As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," it added.
And now, Coldplay’s Chris Martin has issued a hilarious statement amid the fiasco. He said, “How we’re going to do that is we’re going to use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen.”
Martin added, “So please, if you haven’t done your makeup, do your makeup now.”

A cartoon featuring The Simpsons has gone viral on social media. It’s the exact cartoon that recreates that viral pose of Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot.
As the pair rushed to hide their faces from the gigantic screen in the sky, Martin said, “Either they
affair or they are very shy”.
Quickly jumping on the joke wagon, X user Saiam Hasan said, “This is why I love Coldplay… Concert ke beech mein bhi four singles release kar diye”. The reference, of course, was to two couples possibly going their separate ways.
Another X user @HANKonX quipped about the couple caught on a giant screen, “The face you make when 20,000 people witness your HR violation in 4K. Live by the policy, die by the Jumbotron"
