With the divorce news between singer Joe Jonas and actress Sophie Turner, a recent report by TMZ claimed that the 34-year-old, who is part of Jonas Brothers alongside Nick and Kevin, was allegedly ‘less supportive’ as the _Game of Thrones_ actress struggled during the postpartum period involving the birth of their second child last year.
Former partners Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas, who have 2 daughters, four-year-old Willa and a year-old daughter, whose initials were recently revealed to be ‘DJ’ as per Joe’s divorce documents, are looking forward to ‘a parenting plan’ that allows “frequent and continuing contact with both parties,” the report added.
The couple had a daughter, Willa, in 2020, and last year had another daughter whose name they have not made public.
Jonas is seeking joint custody of the girls, according to the divorce documents. The two had a prenuptial-agreement that Jonas expects will be enforced, according to the filing. The couple said in interviews that mutual friends had long wanted to introduce them when they began talking via Instagram direct messages in 2016. They met in person in October of that year and were dating each other exclusively by December. They announced their engagement in October 2017.
