Golden Globes 2019: Lady Gaga, Sandra Oh, Mahershala Ali emerge as fashion hits on the red carpet

Hollywood’s leading men and women descended the red carpet of 76th annual Golden Globes  on 7 January. It was a real treat to watch the stars experiment with their clothes and looks. Here are some of the pictures from the red carpet:

Lady Gaga, who scored her first Best Actress nomination this year as Ally in the critically-acclaimed A Star Is Born , was seen in a Lavender strapless Gown with voluminous sleeves.

Mahershala Ali looks dapper in a navy suit paired with an embroidered scarf. He won the Best supporting Actor for Green Book.

Draped in an elegant pastel gown, Constance Wu won our hearts just like she did in  Crazy Rich Asians.

_Brooklyn Nine Nine-_fame Terry Crews graced (or jumped on) the red carpet with his wife Rebecca King-Crews.

Idris Elba and, with his fiancee Sabrina Dhowre. totally rocked in a green suit. His daughter Isan (right), is one of the Golden Globe ambassadors this year.

Rami Malek took home a Golden Globe tonight for his performance as Freddie Mercury in the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody . He was seen on the red carpet with the beautiful Julia Roberts.

Actress Saoirse Ronan looks effortlessly glam in a sheer plunging Gucci gown on the red carpet. Golden Globes co-host Andy Samberg was the first to hit the red carpet. He arrived with his wife musician Joanna Newsom, who was literally wearing her heart on her bodice.

Golden Globes 2019 co-host Sandra Oh wins Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Drama Series, and also the night!

Best Actress in a Drama nominee Melissa McCarthy (for Can You Ever Forgive Me?) hit the carpet with stars on her shoulder and husband Ben Falcone on her arm.
