Salman Khan turns 60 today and the first look and teaser of his next film Battle Of Galwan is expected to drop on the occasion. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and unites the actor for the first time with actress Chitrangda Singh.

Is Salman Khan late on sets?

Speaking to Zoom, the actress said, “I had also heard of this and I can vouch for it that not one day has he been late. Sometimes, if there was an important scene that we were shooting, emotionally crucial for the film, he was there even when he wasn’t in the shot. He would be there at 10.30 in the morning. Not just one day, but three back-to-back days.”

Singh added, “Everyone’s experience is to their own. I am speaking of what I have experienced with him. He is so invested and all the time thinking ki yeh scene ko kaise better kar sakte hai, how to not make it look staged, scene aise likha hai toh isko aise enact karte hai. It is wonderful to see him doing that.”

Salman Khan’s last film, Sikandar, failed to impress the audience and the box office and was termed as the actor’s ‘weakest film’ by many experts. However, the megastar said he has no regrets about doing Sikandar as he liked the plot of the movie.

During Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman Khan poked fun at director AR Murugadoss’ comment, who accused him of arriving late on the set.
