The actor took to Twitter to post a video of himself expressing angst towards the molestation case which he claims has affected him to an extent that he is embarrassed to call himself a human being. He goes on to slam the molesters in the video and also questions the audacity of people who have put the blame on the girls’ “provocative” attires for the tragedy that happened to them, probably alluding to Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi.

He has also expressed disappointment in what society is heading towards given the fact that both the molesters and the people who blame the girls for rape are very much a part of society. However, he warns the perpetrators of severe backlash if they do not mend their ways in time.

Kumar also conveys a message to girls asking them to be strong rather than considering themselves as second grade citizens. He asks them to silence every detractor who bashes the way they dress. However, he also cautions them to be alert all the time and learn martial arts in order to defend themselves against such criminals.
