Talking about the plot, it revolves around a unique and weird Singh family from Hoshiarpur (Punjab). Navjot Singh (Paresh Rawal) a homoeopathic doctor, who tends to forget things has three children Yuvraj Singh (Sharman Joshi), who is deaf, Harbhajan Singh (Abhishek Banerjee) who stammers and Paro (Mrunal Thakur), who is suffering from night-blindness (reference is Kader Khan’s Jugnu character from Bol Radha Bol) and can’t see any after sunset or probably after 6 pm. Yuvraj’s wife Billo (Divya Dutta) has a unique habit of mixing or combining two proverbs while having a conversation.

Navjot is trying his level best to settle down his children Paro and Harbhajan but finds it difficult due to their health disorder. Now, through a matrimony site, Navjot finds a boy for Paro (obviously without mentioning about her health disorder) named Rohit Patel. He plans a strategy along with his family through which Rohit and his uncle and aunt, who came to see Paro, don’t come to know about her disability. Well, their marriage gets fixed and both families plan to keep it after seven days. But, little does the Singh family know that Rohit is suffering from Hemeralopia (day blindness).

Well, now both families have to go all out to make sure that the bride and groom don’t know about each other’s disabilities. In these seven days, we see some solid twists, hilarious situations and entertaining drama, which makes this shaadi a rollercoaster ride. So, do we see Singhs and Patels sharing a cherishable lifetime moment? For that, you need to watch Aankh Micholi on the big screen.

While Umesh has taken the best comic talents in the business, his impressive direction lifts the film and makes sure to give you a laugh riot. Some situations and dialogues are so funny that it will stay with you for quite a bit of time.

Talking about the performances, Paresh Rawal is a seasoned actor and no one can beat him when it comes to his comic timing. Sharman Joshi, Abhishek Banerjee and Divya Dutta are superb. Vijay Raaz as usual makes us laugh with his antics. Mrunal and Abhimanyu look cute together with their palpable chemistry.
