The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is expected to produce the main accused in the Delhi High Court blast in court today. The NIA has claimed a breakthrough in the case which took place on the 7 September 2011, that killed 15, and injured over 75 people in the capital.
The agency is expected to produce Dr Wasim Akram Mailk, a resident of Kishtwar who had sent out emails to media houses claiming responsibility of the blasts on behalf of Harkat ul-Jihad al-Islami.
Dr Mailk is said to have colluded with two Bangladeshi nationals and a Pakistani Hizbul militant, who provided the explosive expertise. According to sources the two Bangladeshi nationals carried out the blast in Delhi.
Other conspirators have also been identified and a massive manhunt has been launched in Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir.
NIA teams had also conducted a reccee of where the suspects were hiding.
