“The IoT is a whole new beginning of innovation in technology,” says Gartner VP Yefim V. Natis. According to him, “IoT is at a very early stage. The priority today is for IT systems to serve the machines and make the machines work better, but the real impact of IoT is the reverse when the machines will help people and applications operate better. We are going to see lot more innovations and real platforms emerge.” In an interview with Firstpost, Natis talks about the current state of IoT, and more.
