Sage Software has announced the 10th anniversary edition of Sage SalesLogix (v7.2), featuring a modernised architecture supporting Web, Mobile and Windows interfaces that increases user productivity access methods to centralised and secure customer data.
“Sage SalesLogix v7.2 can equip the flexible workforce with an affordable CRM solution that is easy to manage and gives our customers the freedom to choose the access methods that best suit them,” said Ron Verni, CEO, Sage Software.
Sage SalesLogix v7.2 also features a new Web client that enhances usability and reduces IT resource requirements and administration costs and a common Web and Mobile customisation environment that claims to enable rapid application deployment for one or many users.
“Organisations that integrate Web and mobile CRM capabilities can eliminate the need to manage remotes and synchronisation for Windows users while increasing their sales team’s productivity,” said Mary Wardley, vice president of enterprise applications and CRM software for IDC Research. “The codeless customisation and common environment themes incorporated into Sage SalesLogix are strong enablers for a flexible workforce, and can also significantly reduce IT expense.”
Sage SalesLogix Mobile extends CRM capabilities to both BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices, enabling real-time wireless access.
