Business Process Management (BPM) solutions vendor, Pegasystems has released the latest version of its SmartBPM Suite with several new enhancements including improved visualization capabilities and improved scalability for large systems. Called SmartBPM v 5.2, the new suite features more than 60 enhancements which claim to provide business users with better access and more precise control over their business processes.
