IHO Signs Up With atom For Payment Collections

atom technologies has partnered with Indian Health Organisation (IHO) to enable payments collection for IHO’s plan through its m-payments platform. IHO offers Health Plan benefits to customers on pre-hospitalisation medical expenses, which allow them to enjoy concessional benefits on medical treatments incurred through its network of empanelled medical practitioners. IHO Health Cards are issued to every customer, who wishes to opt for these services.

With the introduction of this payment facility through IVR, IHO’s customers will have an option to buy the health plan in a hassle-free manner over the phone with the help of their credit cards. The IVR will guide the customers to enter the card details on the phone key pad and thus, complete the transaction in an automated environment. Customers can make their payments using any Visa/ Master credit card. After the payments process is completed over the phone, the health cards are sent to the customer by courier.
