Avaya, provider of enterprise communications systems, software and services, has announced new capabilities and customers for Avaya Agile Communication Environment (ACE), Avaya’s software solution for embedding real-time communications into business applications.
The addition of new capabilities will help simplify integration of real-time communications with applications. Some of the new capabilities added to Avaya ACE Release 2.3 include richer integration with Avaya Aura, new client-side add-in for Microsoft Communicator, packaged application to embed voice in the latest release of IBM Lotus Notes and Sametime.
Avaya ACE is aimed at making it easier for organisations across industries to create communications-enabled business processes (CEBP) that streamline business collaboration, speed workflows and reduce costs.
