Powering the Triumph Street Cup cafe racer is the same parallel-twin liquid cooled 900cc motor that comes on the Street Twin

There were reports on Triumph working on a 900cc cafe racer, and now there is more proof to support the same. The 2017 Triumph Street Cup, the name of this upcoming model, will be powered by the same motor that comes in the Street Twin. Triumph had submitted documents to the California Air Resources Board and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to register two new models. This includes the Street Cup cafe racer as well as a new Bonneville T100.
