After officially announcing the launch date of its much-loved City sedan, Honda Cars India Limited has now “officially” teased the new facelifted model of the sedan, encouraging buyers to pre-book the vehicle ahead of launch.
The new teaser video leaves little to the imagination and highlights the new additions that arrive with the 2017 version of the mid-size sedan.

While details of the new car’s specifications are sparse, this is a facelift, so we would not expect anything new in here.
The design of the sedan also remains the same with a few noticeable updates that are visible in the teaser video.

Those noticeable upgrades come in the form of a top end variant, that many are referring to as the City ZX. The while all the models get a new headlamp and fog lamp design along with revised front and rear bumpers, the ZX is expected to arrive with an all LED setup for the head lamps and the tail lamps. Accompanying these are larger 16-inch alloys along with a rear spoiler that should give the old body a sporty new look.

Inside expect a new infotainment system as well along with a sun-roof, engine start-stop and cruise control.

The bookings for the new Honda City had begun last week . As officially announced by Honda, interested buyers can head to an authorised Honda dealer and pre-book the vehicle by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000.
