The Enforcement Directorate launched a probe on Al-Falah University in Faridabad, its Okhla office, and the university’s promoters on Tuesday morning. Early findings point to irregularities related to UGC and NAAC recognition.
The agency has been searching 25 locations across Delhi since 5 am as part of the ongoing probe into the Delhi car blast. Nine shell companies tied to the group, all registered at the same address, are also under investigation.
Preliminary checks show signs of shell operations, including nonexistent office space, shared contact details across companies, missing EPFO and ESIC filings, overlapping directors with weak KYC records, minimal salary payments through banks, and coordinated company registrations using identical information.
