India’s IndiGo named in ‘worst airlines’ list. Check full list here

Tunisair – Tunisia The worst-performing airline has been named Tunisair. This is Tunisia’s national airline, offering domestic and international flights while connecting North Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Buzz – Poland This Polish airline has secured the second position among the worst airlines in the world. It is part of Ryanair Group, operating low-cost flights across Europe with a focus on charter services.

Nouvelair – Tunisia Another Tunisian airline on the list is Nouvelair. This airline has secured the third position. It has scheduled and charter flights, connecting Tunisia to Europe and the Middle East. 

Bulgaria Air – Bulgaria This is Bulgaria’s national carrier offering domestic and international flights across Europe, the Middle East and Russia. It is known for its reliable service and convenient regional connections.

El Al Israel Airlines – Israel In fifth position is Israel’s national carrier which offers domestic as well as international flights.

Pegasus Airlines – Turkey Termed as a leading Turkish low-cost carrier, this has secured the sixth position on the list of worst airlines.

IndiGo – India Despite being India’s largest carrier, IndiGo Airlines has secured the seventh position on the list due to complaints about customer service, delayed refunds and cramped seating among other reasons.

TAROM – Romania At the eighth position is TAROM, Romania’s national airline. It has faced criticism for outdated fleets, inconsistent service, frequent delays and limited route options.

Air Mauritius – Mauritius Air Mauritius has been criticised for inconsistent customer service, flight delays and ageing aircraft amid other reasons. Despite its scenic routes, it has secured ninth position.

SKY Express – Greece At the tenth position is the Greek airline SKY Express. It has faced criticism for frequent delays, limited onboard amenities and high ticket prices relative to service quality.
