'Congress helped build our shanties, will vote for them'

Bhuvan Chandra Mandal, who stays in a slum in Delhi, says he will vote for Congress because the party has helped build his home. He says he doesn't think a new party like AAP can do much for poor people like them and the Congress cares for the poor.
