This means the OS will reach a small percentage of users today, and the company will begin a broader roll-out over the next few days. This comes about two months after OnePlus released the
OxygenOS 4.1.7 OTA
that updated the Android Security patch level to August. The company just released it’s
Open Beta 24
for OnePlus 3 and Open Beta 14 for 3T users. This new update brings a number of features that users were asking. Most of these features are the ones that the company introduced earlier in OxgenOS 4.5 along the OnePlus 5. The changes include adding ‘Gaming Do Not Disturb’ functionality, OnePlus Slate font, redesigned Dash Charge animation and Redesigned calling UI. The update also comes with improvements to the system stability, a redesigned photo editor in the Gallery app and adding the ‘Secure box’ functionality in the File Manager from Open Beta program.
