Huawei just recently launched the P20 and the more premium P20 Pro globally and while the P20 may not make it to India, the P20 Pro will most likely come to India.
Huawei has put up a teaser on its consumer website which quite clearly points towards the P20 Pro's arrival in India relatively soon.
There is no official launch date or price specifics mentioned as of yet, but we should expect the phone to arrive by the end of April.
The Huawei P20 Pro features an iPhone X-like notch on the top of the screen as well as a triple-rear camera setup, which is first from any smartphone.
As for the pricing of the Huawei P20 Pro, it comes in at €899 in Europe (approximately Rs 72,300) for a 6 GB RAM with 128 GB of storage. While that is certainly not cheap, the camera module on the P20 Pro seems very capable on paper to be able to command that price.
The P20 Pro features a 6.1-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2240 pixel and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The P20 Pro also gets Huawei's Hisilicon Kirin 970 chipset along with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. To keep everything chugging smoothly, the Pro also features a 4,000 mAh battery.
As for the camera of the P20 Pro which is the biggest highlight of the device, it sports a triple rear camera setup which includes a 40 MP f/1.7 primary sensor, along with a 20 MP monochrome sensor as well as an 8 MP telephoto sensor. The camera optics on the phone has also been co-engineered by Leica. The Huawei P20 Pro also gets a 24 MP f/2.0 front-facing camera for selfies.
In terms of colour options, the phone will be available in four colours — Midnight Blue, Graphite Black, Pink Gold and Twilight.
