Haptik and Ziman tie up to provide chatbot based security services

Ziman is a smartphone app by Zicom that is a holistic safety and security service. **Haptik's chatbot technologies** are now integrated with the application. The chatbot is infused with AI that learns the habits of the user, including the mode of commute, frequency of travel, and information on family members.
