It has a 6.79-inch QHD+ 10-bit LTPO AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 7000 nits peak brightness. The HDR10+ and Dolby Vision compliant screen is protected against scratches by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

If you like compact phones, the Samsung Galaxy S25 is an excellent option. It has a 6.2-inch Full HD+ Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a peak brightness of 2600 nits, HDR10+ compliance and 120 Hz refresh rate. Despite being compact, it is quite sturdy with an IP68 rated dust and water resistance, Armor Aluminium 2 frame and a glass back with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which also protects its screen.
The S25 is powered by Qualcomm’s previous flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and you now can get its 12 GB RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 internal storage variant in this budget. A 4000 mAh battery keeps it powered for a little over a day of moderate use. It supports wireless charging too. The phone launched with Android 15 and Samsung’s One UI 7. The company has promised a whopping 7 years of software updates for this device.

Unlike most of the recent phones, the OnePlus 13 still has the circular camera island at the back, and flaunts an IP68/IP69-rated ingress protection. You get a large 6.82-inch QHD+ LTPO4 AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 4500 nits, 120 Hz variable refresh rate and compliance with Dolby Vision and HDR10+. It is protected by a layer of Ceramic Guard glass.
The OnePlus 13 is powered by Qualcomm’s previous flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and you can now get its top variant with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage comfortably in this budget. A big 6000 mAh battery keeps the phone powered for close to two days of moderate use and supports 100W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging. The phone now runs the latest OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 with at least three major Android updates to follow.

It sports a sharp 6.3-inch Full HD+ OLED display with HDR10+ compliance, 120 Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits peak brightness. The screen as well as its glass back are protected against scratches by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
