Apple has officially announced the opening of Apple Borivali, its second retail store in Mumbai and sixth in India, on Thursday, February 26. The new outlet strengthens Apple’s growing retail presence in the country and brings its full suite of products and services closer to customers in western Mumbai.
“We’re thrilled to open Apple Borivali, and bring the best of Apple to life for even more customers in India,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People. “We’re so inspired by the creativity and enthusiasm of communities across India, and our dedicated team members are excited to welcome and connect with customers in this extraordinary new store, our second in Mumbai.”
Second Mumbai store
Located inside Sky City Mall, Apple Borivali offers the complete lineup of the company’s latest devices, including the iPhone 17 family, iPhone Air, Apple Watch Ultra 3, Apple Watch Series 11, and iPad and Mac models powered by the M5 chip.
The store’s 70-member team will provide expert guidance and personalised setup for new devices, whether customers are switching to iOS, upgrading an iPhone, or exploring a Mac for the first time.
Services such as Apple Trade In, Personal Setup, safe data transfer, and flexible financing make upgrading simple and convenient.
For online shoppers, Apple Pickup allows customers to collect orders at their chosen time, while dedicated Business Teams will assist organisations of all sizes with device management, financing options, and growth tools.
Designed to promote creativity, connection and collaboration, the store features interactive product zones and avenues showcasing Apple Music, Apple TV, and other services.
Like all Apple locations globally, Apple Borivali runs on 100 per cent renewable energy and is carbon neutral, aligning with the company’s broader environmental goals, as claimed by the company.
