WCD ministry moots law against indecent depiction of women on digital platforms like WhatsApp, Skype
Indecent representation of women on digital messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Skype has been proposed to be made illegal by the WCD ministry.
Just days after Maneka Gandhi's remark, UNDP chief Helen Clark said that the issue is not one of culture, but of consent.
