Apple CEO Tim Cook confirms that upcoming iOS update will give users the option to disable battery slowdown

Tim Cook stated that if the users don’t want the slow down then they can turn it off but Apple does not recommend turning the option off.

Apple iPhone slowing down fiasco now has 30 class action lawsuits filed against the company; 13 of them in California alone

13 separate lawsuits have been filed against Apple in Northern California alone out of which eight are in San Jose.
