Gorakhdham Express tragedy: Manmohan expresses grief at loss of lives

Outgoing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on day expressed grief over the loss of lives in Gorakhdham Express accident in Uttar Pradesh and directed the Railways to deploy full resources in rescue and relief operations.
