Telangana Election 2019: 61% polling till 5 pm; Nizamabad steals show with record 185 candidates

The first phase of polling began at 7 am for 16 constituencies, except in Nizamabad, where it began at 8 am and concluded at 6 pm. An estimated 60.57 percent of voters cast their ballot till 5 pm in the state.
