American tennis star Danielle Collins is still looking for a partner and now she has found some assistance with retired players joining in in her quest to “find a husband”. The 2022 Australian Open finalist recently broke up with Bryan Kipp, a vice president of a biotech firm, and has even joined dating applications aiming to get a new partner.
Her quest for finding love reached the Nothing Major podcast hosted by retired tennis professionals John Isner, Sam Querrey, Steve Johnson, and Jack Sockand. They now are taking applications from those who would want to date Collins and that too without even asking her.
Collins is looking for a serious boyfriend
“Danielle Collins, she’s looking for a serious, significant other. Serious boyfriend," Querrey announced in last week’s episode of the podcast.
“She doesn’t know we’re doing this. She might not even like this, but we are taking applicants for her on the pod. Then if we feel like we get four of five good ones, I will then reach out to her and try to bring her on the show and be like, ‘Look, we’ve pre-screened a bunch of guys. We feel like we have four good ones for you. Let us know what you think’.”
Querrey said that the applicants would need to submit their resume and should be “good quality men”.
The podcast has even launched an application form on its website with applicants wanted to be financially stable and tall among other things.
“You fill it out if you would like to possibly have the chance at being Danielle Collins’ boyfriend, maybe husband, if things work out," he told his listeners.
Danielle Collins reacts
Collins who had expressed willingness to join the reality dating show The Bachelorette, seemed to be on board with Nothing Major’s idea.
Collins shared the application form in her Instagram stories and said: “Absolutely epic. Being my boo isn’t for someone that’s weak… or broke.”
