Croatia last won the Hopman Cup 27 years ago when Goran Ivanisevic and Iva Majoli teamed up to beat Switzerland who then featured Martina Hingis and Marc Rosset. Roger Federer led the Swiss to victory in 2019 when the tournament was last played in Perth, Australia. It was then replaced by the ATP Cup before returning to the schedule in Nice this year.
