When and where will Super Bowl LIX be taking place?
Super Bowl LIX will be taking place at the Caesars’ Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, 9 February at 6.30 pm Eastern Time (10 February, 5 am in India).
Which teams will be competing in Super Bowl LIX?
Kansas City Chiefs will be eyeing a hat-trick of Super Bowls and their fourth triumph since 2020 when they face Philadelphia Eagles in a rematch of Super Bowl LVII – which the Chiefs had won 38-35 at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar, a 17-time Grammy Award winner widely regarded as one of the most influential artists of his generation, will be the highlight of the Super Bowl halftime show with singer-songwriter SZA joining him as a guest performer.

The 37-year-old will not be taking payment for his performance, which is the case with Super Bowl halftime shows as the NFL usually takes care of the performing artists’ expenses and production costs without paying for their performances.
Lamar, who had previously performed at the Super Bowl halftime show in 2022 along with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Mary J. Blige.
Golden Globe winner Jon Batiste, meanwhile, will be singing the US national anthem.
