PKL playoffs: Teams, run to knockouts, schedule and live streaming

With the PKL 2023-24 season nearing its conclusion, let us take a look at the knockout schedule and the teams that have qualified.

The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 10 is nearing its end as the competition moves into the knockout stage, scheduled to start today, 26 February. The PKL playoff stage , divided into eliminators and semi-finals, will start off with Eliminator 1 and 2 matches. It will comprise four teams who are vying for a spot in the semi-finals.

The top two teams from the league stage have already qualified for the semi-finals due to their better performance from the preliminary matches. They will face the winners of the Eliminators between teams that have been ranked from number three to six. The GMC Balayogi Sports Complex, Gachibowli in Hyderabad will host all of these knockout games.

Pro Kabaddi League 2023-24: Qualified Teams

Semi-finalists

The qualified semi-finalists of the Pro Kabaddi League 2023-24 season include the Puneri Paltan and the Jaipur Pink Panthers. The Puneri Paltan have been phenomenal this season with 17 wins in 22 games. They conceded just two losses and three draws while boasting a massive point difference of 253. They beat the UP Yoddhas, Haryana Steelers and the Bengal Warriors on their way to the semi-finals.

As for the defending champions Jaipur Pink Panthers, they managed 16 wins in 22 games to seal second place on the table. They won their last three group matches against the UP Yoddhas, Telugu Titans and Gujarat Giants.

Eliminators

The four teams that will be playing in the eliminator phase include Dabang Delhi, Patna Pirates, Gujarat Giants and Haryana Steelers. In third, fourth and fifth place in the league we have Delhi, Gujarat and Haryana, respectively, who have all finished their campaigns with 13 wins each. Despite a similar number of wins, Delhi boast the most points among these teams thanks to their three draws. Both Haryana and Gujarat have the same amount of points (70) whereas the Patna Pirates took the sixth spot with 69 points.

The Pro Kabaddi League playoffs will be televised live on the Star Sports Network in India. Fans can also stream the matches live on the Disney+ Hotstar app and website.
