Real Madrid’s quest for a 15th European Cup continued with a 2-0 win over Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League second leg for a 4-0 aggregate win. Real Madrid’s win saw the Spanish giants advance to the premier European club competition’s semi-finals for the 11th time in 13 seasons. Rodrygo scored twice in the second half to derail Chelsea who produced a spirited performance and a far cry from their effort in the first leg at the Bernabeu. However, Chelsea were made to pay for missing chances and not making their momentum count with fourth straight loss under interim manager Frank Lampard.
