Winter Session, 2023 of the Parliament will commence from December 4 and will continue till December 22. The session will have 15 sittings spread over 19 days. “Winter Session, 2023 of Parliament will commence from 4th December and continue till 22nd December having 15 sittings spread over 19 days. Amid Amrit Kaal looking forward to discussions on Legislative Business and other items during the session,” Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Prahlad Joshi said in a post on ‘X’.

The session will begin just a day after the results of five states will be declared by the Election Commission of India. The ruling BJP has nominated 18 MPs, with four Union ministers for assembly polls, seven each in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, and four in Chhattisgarh.
