Will appeal against Delhi HC order on management quota: Sisodia

New Delhi: The AAP government will appeal the Delhi High Court’s Thursday order restoring the management quota in private unaided schools for nursery admissions, said Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. We will appeal against the court’s order,” tweeted Sisodia, who holds the education portfolio. Justice Manmohan, in an interim order, stayed the January 6 circular of the Aam Aadmi Party government that scrapped 62 criteria, including the management quota, saying it was passed without approval of Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung.

दिल्ली के बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा सुलभ कराना सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है। फैसले के खिलाफ अपील करेंगे।

“We welcome the court’s decision but will continue our efforts to bring transparency in admission process at schools,” Sisodia said in another tweet. IANS
