Uttar Pradesh: 25-year-old woman gangraped by tempo driver and his friends

Ballia: A 25-year-old woman was gang-raped allegedly by a tempo driver and his aide in Sahatwar area, a senior officer said here today. Agencies.[/caption] The victim was raped by tempo driver Rahul Yadav and his friend Lalji Yadav on Saturday last while she was going to her sister’s house, Additional Superintendent of Police K C Goswami said. He said that on the complaint of the victim an FIR was lodged against Rahul and Lalji yesterday. The ASP said that Rahul had been arrested, while effort are on nab Yadav. PTI
