UPSC Civil Services Results 2019: Marks of recommended candidates released at upsc.gov.in

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the marks of recommended candidates for its UPSC civil services main examination (CSE) 2019 on its official website at upsc.gov.in.
Candidates who appeared in the UPSC civil services exams are advised to visit the website and check the list of recommended candidates.
This list is being published after the commission released the final results of CSE in August last year. The final result had as many as 829 candidates in the qualified list.
Following this, UPSC had recommended the names of 89 additional candidates from its reserved list. The list that was released on the website now contains the name of the recommended participants.
Follow these steps to check the recommended list of UPSC civil services 2019:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in
Step 2: Search for the link that reads: 'Marks of Recommended Candidates' under the 'Latest Announcements' section on the homepage and click on it
Step 3: You will be redirected to another page with the marks of recommended candidates
Step 4: Check the entire PDF file for ‘Recommended Candidates (Reserve List)’ and check your marks
Step 5: Download the list to your system for future use.
The civil services examination is conducted by the UPSC every year to shortlist officers for different services, like the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS).
The entire process is spread in three stages. It begins with the conduct of a preliminary exam, after which qualified candidates are asked to sit for the main exam. Those who qualify the main exam are then called for an interview.
