PTI[/caption] In a statement on Wednesday, her office slammed these reports as a conspiracy to malign her image adding that these were unsubstantiated and untrue. The Minister’s office said that the Jabalpur Nizamuddi train in question was already running late by an hour-and-a-half at Jhansi on 8 March when Bharti boarded the train without causing anyone any inconvenience. It said she walked a long distance to catch her coach which was parked far away on the platform. The Minister’s office also said the train finally reached Delhi 48 minutes late the next morning. PTI
