Twitter erupts with congratulatory messages as Kailash Satyarthi wins Nobel

India’s Kailash Satyarthi, along with Pakistan’s Malala Yousafzai, have been awarded the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts in fighting child labour and terrorism respectively. Satyarthi heads the Global March Against Child Labour, and through his movements have rescued over 80,000 children. Satyarthi winning the Nobel Peace Prize along with Yousafzai comes at a time when India and Pakistan are clashing at the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.
