Puja Khedkar’s pandora box of lies continues to unravel the many controversies surrounding the trainee IAS officer. A day after the Maharashtra government put her probation on hold, another shocking detail emerged that says that Khedkar used a fake address and ration card proof to obtain her disability certificate.
Trainee IAS Puja Khedkar began making headlines after she allegedly installed a beacon in her private car. Following this, reports began pouring in exposing Khedkar’s wrongdoings.
The Maharashtra cadre officer faces accusations of using fraudulent means to clear her civil services exam, including allegedly misrepresenting herself under the physical disabilities and OBC categories, and misusing power and privileges during her posting in Pune.
Address leads to factory, not home
In the documents that she submitted to get the disability certificate, Khedkar allegedly put the wrong address to mislead officials.
The address, Plot No. 53, Dehu-Alandi, Talwade, however, does not lead to her home but to a factory belonging to a defunct company named Thermoverita Engineering Private Limited.
The document with this fake address was submitted to the Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital (YCM).
Apart from this, this false address was also used to make a fake ration card.

The disability certificate issued by YCM stated that Khedkar suffered from “Locomotor Disability” and that her diagnosis showed that she had a case of Old ACL tear with left knee instability."
The certificate was issued on April 24 this year and states that her extent of disability is 7 per cent.
Parents involved in illegal activities too
Not just Puja Khedkar, but her parents have also been in the eye of the storm. A video of Khedkar’s mother allegedly threatening some persons with a gun over a land dispute in Pune district surfaced last week, making the situation worse for the IAS officer.
Meanwhile, her father, Dilip Khedkar has unaccounted wealth that the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Pune is currently investigating.
