Srinagar: A top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander was arrested today by security forces from the Baramulla district of Kashmir. PTI[/caption] Manzoor alias Shams Bhai, the ‘chief coordinator’ of the militant outfit was arrested during a joint operation by Army and police from Pattan area of Baramulla, an army official said.
