In a circular, Thane District Courts Bar Association recently asked its members to submit their mobile numbers to the respective courts. According to sources, the system is likely to start within the next two months. The system will be of great help to the lawyers and their clients, where they can know whether petition filed has been accepted or rejected, or if there is any shortcoming in the petition, which was earlier done after checking files manually, he added.
