The 10th edition of TEDxGateway which will be held on 2 December, 2018 promises to be a melting pot of ideas with over 25 speakers from a variety of fields, equipped with ideas and expertise to be shared at this forum. TEDxGateway, held in Mumbai, is a day-long conference where the talks will cover subjects like agriculture, geopolitics, peace and conflict, artificial intelligence, technology, science and philanthropy, among others. This is their second event of the year; the first TEDxGateway was organised in February 2018. Images via Facebook@TEDxGateway[/caption] Some of the notable speakers at the 10th edition of Gateway include 12-year-old Haaziq Kazi, Human Rights Watch’s Director of Disability Rights Shantha Rau Barriga, peace and conflict researcher and educator Shahnaaz Khan, and child prodigy Gitanjali Rao, who was named America’s Top Young Scientist in 2017. The minister of Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation, Suresh Prabhu will also be one of the speakers at the event. Along with them, many other thought leaders, visionaries, disruptors and trendsetters from fields like education, science, technology, art and culture will be a part of the event. Furthermore, TEDxGateway will also host performances by the band Maati Baani and the Shankarananda Kalakshetra dance school. “At TEDxGateway, it is our constant endeavor to provide a platform for a mutual exchange of life-changing thoughts and experiences.
