A Tamil Nadu government official has landed herself in trouble for something that all of us are guilty of — playing games on our mobile phones during official meetings.
While most of us get away with it, she hasn’t been able to managed that.
CNN-IBN reports that S Kavitha faces an inquiry after television reports showed her playing Candy Crush on her phone during a farmer’s grievance day meet that was also attended by the District Collector.
She has been asked to explain herself within 10 days.
Farmers groups have alleged that Kavitha’s actions show the apathy government officials have towards them, reports CNN-IBN.
She is the special officer at the Harur Sugar mill in Tamil Nadu.
While Kavitha may have been in the wrong, she playing games on the phone is certainly better than when MLAs in Karnataka were caught watching porn during an Assembly session.
